Step 2. To hold your spot in line we require a waitlist deposit. Once we start the build we require a contract with a 50% deposit, with the final due on completion.

Step 3. We will help coordinate shipping and any other concerns you may have as we finish your build and assist in getting your tiny home to your property.

Delivery is third party, but we help coordinate to make sure your tiny home delivery is seamless. Cost is generally around $3-5 per mile. Rates decrease with higher miles.

We are committed to certain perimeters with our builds especially related to design and materiel choices. However there are items we can customize on our different models that can make the perfect tiny home for you. Financing is third party but we have some good options. Generally speaking local banks can give better rates than our companies because of risk factors.

Our homes come with plumbing and 50 amp electrical similar to an RV. When you are preparing your property for your unit, you’ll just set up utilities for an RV and simply plug n’ play when it arrives.
