This page covers everything from build standards and pricing to delivery, setup, and customization.

1. What standards are your homes built to?
All homes are built to the ANSI 119.5 NOAH+ Standard. Each home is inspected at every stage and certified as a Park Model Recreational Vehicle (PMRV).
2. What materials do you use?
We use 2x4 framing, 2x6 trusses set 16″ on center, Rockwool R15 walls and floor, R23 roof, and 29-gauge Watson Wave steel cladding with a 40-year warranty. Western cedar end walls include an air gap to prevent moisture issues.
3. How are your homes classified?
Each home is NOAH-certified as a PMRV Tiny Home on Wheels (THOW), making it suitable for stationary or mobile use depending on your local zoning.
4. What models and prices do you offer?
We offer three main models:
• Weekender from $65,000
• Homesteader $75,000 (promo from $78,000)
• Overnighter from $70,000
Discounts apply for 2-4 homes (5%) and 5+ homes (10%).
5. What’s included in the standard build?
Each model includes a full kitchen with 5′ cabinets, LED under-cabinet lighting, bathroom with sink and flush toilet, pine paneling, and large feature windows.
6. Can I customize my home?
Yes. You can modify layouts, finishes, fixtures, and more. Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the start of construction.
7. How does the purchase process work?
Confirm zoning and permits.
Secure funding.
Submit a $2,500 non-refundable waitlist deposit.
Pay 50% down to start the build.
Pay the remaining 50% at completion or pickup.
8. How long does it take to build?
Build times vary based on workload and custom options. You’ll receive an estimated completion date after placing your deposit.
9. Do you offer financing?
We don’t finance directly, but you can reach Richard “RJ” Jaramillo at 619-807-0287 or MyADULoan.com for options. All terms are between you and the lender.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
QuickBooks ACH (preferred), wire transfer, or cashier’s check.
11. Is delivery included?
Delivery is separate. Rates run $2.50 to $2.75 per mile from Monterey, TN (ZIP 38574). You can choose one of our trusted drivers or arrange your own.
12. What’s required for setup?
Setup is handled by you or your contractor and includes leveling and utility hookups. Standard setup includes 6 RV jacks, 50-amp RV cord, water hose, and 3″ PVC drain.
13. Do you offer on-site setup?
It’s not part of the purchase, but most drivers assist with positioning if the site is ready.
14. How are the homes heated and cooled?
Each home is pre-wired for a mini-split heating and cooling system. Choose from a 9,000 BTU or 12,000 BTU dual-zone unit.
15. What type of water heater is included?
Standard builds include a 19-gallon electric water heater. An optional propane on-demand unit is available for $600.
16. Can I add a fireplace?
Yes. The Le Feu Fireplace ($1,600) is available as an ambience feature only. It’s an oil-burning candle, not a heating unit.
17. Do you offer off-grid options?
Yes. Choose from composting or incinerating toilets, propane systems, and fresh or black-water tanks.
18. Is there a warranty?
Each home includes a 2-year workmanship warranty and a 40-year steel siding warranty.
19. Can I insure my tiny home?
Yes. Foremost® Insurance Group and Macke Insurance both cover NOAH-certified homes.
20. Can I tour a model home?
Yes. You can schedule a visit or a video call. You can also explore Airbnb listings linked at the bottom of our homepage to see layouts and finishes in person.
