Build Information
- All standard homes are built to ANSI 119.5, NOAH plus Standard.
- ANSI homes. Rockwool R15 in walls and floor, R23 in roof.
- Wood frame with 2x4 walls, 2x6 trusses set 16 inches on center.
- 29 gauge Watson wave panel metal cladding with 40 year warranty.
- Western cedar end walls with air gap protection to prevent moisture issues.
- Wiring in place for mini split AC and Heat. Optional Della 9000 BTU unit available or 12,000 BTU dual zone for two room homes like the Homesteader.
Customization
Customizations are available on any orders that include permanent changes such as moving walls, plumbing, fixtures, plywood paneling instead of tongue and groove, or adding extra windows. These changes require a 50 percent deposit at the start of construction.
