At Nordic & Spruce we believe a home is far more than walls, a roof, and four corners. It’s a sanctuary for rest. A place of healing. A space where you reconnect with nature, with yourself, and with what truly matters.

Our story began in 2017 when a college project collided with years of experience in construction and a growing passion for mental wellness. What started as a simple modular housing concept became something deeper. Tiny homes designed to change lives.

In 2020 we set out to design spaces made for rest. Each home we build carries one clear purpose. To help people step away from the noise of life so they can renew, reflect, and grow.

Built for Wellness and Connection

We work with people and businesses who share our belief that tiny homes can serve as retreats for the soul. Our homes belong in peaceful settings where the rhythm of nature replaces the chaos of city life. Where stillness brings clarity and peace replaces hurry.

In 2023 we brought that vision to life by purchasing fifteen acres on a ridge top in rural Monterey, Tennessee. There we are creating a wellness retreat that reflects the same heart behind every Nordic and Spruce build. A place that invites rest, renewal, and deeper purpose.
